normally, friends on emails are like opportunists, they will ask u silly sex related questions without having any real relevance, like one of my my email friend has asked me

this is possible- i have some practical experience
in rural areas and also in cities people spend a lot of thier income on addiction. this is a real waste of money for those who spend.
of course others and govt. even earn their livelihood

addiction gives kick, relieves us of stress, give enjoyment elate us,
but calculate the health, ecnomic,and social loss it creates!!!

today i got angry on a tribal women with a 7-8 mths child, came to my clinic for fever.
the child was having a huge head, obvious hydrocephalus.
i was angry on her neglect on not taking the child for treatment.
i asked if u dont have enough money why dont u go to govt medical college.
she said what will we eat if we go even for the free treatment,
we have no one to take care of the small farm goats and hen if we get the child admitted and stay at the hospital.
i had no answer.
is it easy to have another child than to get the ill-one treated!!??
